Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Freight Charges:
- Customers are responsible for paying the freight charges associated with returning the merchandise.
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the merchandise securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
